What we liked
- + It is an Ames-style guide, the classic tool for setting consistent line spacing in lettering.
- + Transparent plastic makes it easy to draw accurately spaced lines.
- + A 2 pack gives a spare guide for a second desk or a travel kit.
Trade-offs
- - It is a 2 pack of a simple plastic tool, not a single premium guide, and some buyers need only one.
- - The listing does not mention fractional and metric scales as clearly as the Alvin guide it replaces.
