What we liked
- + Listed as highly transparent, which makes it easy to see a draft through the sheet when transferring letters.
- + The sheets accept pencil, pen and ink, so you can trace a layout in more than one medium.
- + Canson is an established art paper brand, and the top-bound 9 x 12 pad suits practice drafts.
Trade-offs
- - At 50 sheets it is a smaller pack than the 100-sheet pad it replaces, and the paper is a light 30 lb weight.
- - Light tracing paper can wrinkle with heavy wet ink, so it suits dry media and fine nibs better.
